Founded in 1994, Rachel’s Studio of Dance began with a passion for dance in the front room of Rachel’s home in Gore. From these humble beginnings, the studio has grown into a creative and connected space where dancers of all ages can thrive.
Over the years, the studio moved through four different locations before settling into its current home at 27 Hyde Street in 2011. The studio is now a fully renovated space with a purpose built dance floor, full length mirrors, and an additional practice room, creating a confident and inspiring environment for every dancer.
At RSOD, we are proud of our strong family feel and welcome dancers from just two years old through to adult and masters levels. Whether dancing socially, competitively, representing at a national level, or preparing for a special moment like a wedding, every dancer is supported to grow with confidence and creativity.
Specialising in Ballroom, Latin American, and New Vogue, our teaching focuses on building strong technique while nurturing individuality and passion.
